June, a young artist/perfectionist, is stuck in a pattern as she makes her latest painting. When her canvas starts to rebel, absorbing her paint then tossing it back at her, they get into a fight that leaves her defeated. However, she discovers that despite how imperfect and unpredictable the creative process can be, beauty can emerge from the mess.
